The Purpose Suite – Policies & Terms

Welcome to The Purpose Suite by J. Marie. These policies ensure a professional, transparent, and respectful experience for all coaching clients, event participants, and digital product customers. By working with us or purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms:


1. Services & Payments

  • Services include coaching, workshops, and digital products.
  • Payments are accepted via Gumroad, PayPal, Stripe, or other approved methods.
  • Full payment or an agreed plan is required before services begin.
  • Late payments may incur a 2% weekly fee.

2. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Digital Products: All sales are final due to the instant nature of downloads.
  • Coaching: Full refund if canceled at least 48 hours before the first session. After coaching begins, unused sessions may be refunded at 50% with 48 hours’ notice.
  • Workshops/Events: Refunds available up to 7 days before the start date.

3. Rescheduling & No-Shows

  • Clients may reschedule up to 2 times per package with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Less than 24 hours’ notice or a no-show will result in the session being forfeited.

  • Business Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST (hours subject to change).
  • We maintain strict confidentiality except where required by law or for safety concerns.

5. Digital Product Usage

  • Products are for personal use only unless otherwise stated.
  • No reselling, sharing, or modifying for resale without written permission.
  • Technical support for access issues is available for 14 days after purchase.

6. Brand & Content Protection

  • All materials are the property of The Purpose Suite by J. Marie.
  • Collaborations require prior written approval and adherence to brand guidelines.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We collect only necessary personal information for service delivery.
  • Data is stored securely and never sold.
  • We comply with Canadian privacy laws and GDPR.

8. Disputes & Updates

  • Please contact us first to resolve any issues.
  • If needed, we will seek mediation before legal action.
  • Policies are reviewed annually and updated as necessary.
