Walking isn&#8217;t just a physical movement &#8211; it&#8217;s a moving meditation. You ground yourself with every step, release tension and make space for peace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Last afternoon I took a quiet walking enjoying the Lake and greenery around me. It was really a refreshing moment for me. I needed the rest from the hub of life. Just me, God&#8217;s creation and a few deep breaths. \ud83c\udf89<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do you know that walking reduces cortisol(the stress hormone) . This has been supported by science. So get moving today. Whether it&#8217;s a slow stroll in the park or a quick lap around the block , your body and mind will thank you for it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Take a break  \ud83d\udeb6\u200d\u2640\ufe0f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Step outside<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Move gently <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Let your stress melt away with each step or Jog\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Peace doesn&#8217;t always come from stillness. Sometimes it comes from movement. Preventing it requires intentional self-care, mindful boundaries, and aligning your work with purpose. Yes, I have been there. For sometime I have put a nightly DO NOT DISTURB notification on my phone, just to do a mental wind down. Below are additional measures you can take to reclaim your &#8220;mental space&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.
