Marie. These policies ensure a professional, transparent, and respectful experience for all coaching clients, event participants, and digital product customers. By working with us or purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-luminous-vivid-amber-to-luminous-vivid-orange-gradient-background has-background\"><strong>1. Services &amp; Payments<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Services include coaching, workshops, and digital products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payments are accepted via Gumroad, PayPal, Stripe, or other approved methods.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Full payment or an agreed plan is required before services begin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Late payments may incur a 2% weekly fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-luminous-vivid-amber-to-luminous-vivid-orange-gradient-background has-background\"><strong>2. Refunds &amp; Cancellations<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Digital Products<\/strong>: All sales are final due to the instant nature of downloads.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Coaching<\/strong>: Full refund if canceled at least 48 hours before the first session. After coaching begins, unused sessions may be refunded at 50% with 48 hours\u2019 notice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Workshops\/Events<\/strong>: Refunds available up to 7 days before the start date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-luminous-vivid-amber-to-luminous-vivid-orange-gradient-background has-background\"><strong>3. Rescheduling &amp; No-Shows<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clients may reschedule up to 2 times per package with at least 24 hours\u2019 notice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Less than 24 hours\u2019 notice or a no-show will result in the session being forfeited.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-luminous-vivid-amber-to-luminous-vivid-orange-gradient-background has-background\"><strong>4. Digital Product Usage<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Products are for personal use only unless otherwise stated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No reselling, sharing, or modifying for resale without written permission.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical support for access issues is available for 14 days after purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-luminous-vivid-amber-to-luminous-vivid-orange-gradient-background has-background\"><strong>6.
